A Blessed Weekend and a Horrible Doctor's Visit!

Friday, was my last day to at work! Which was wonderful because now I can focus on school and getting my life in order.

Sunday, was the baby shower and swollen ankles. I got a truck load of stuff from my shower. Literally! I was driving my mother-n-laws vehicles and it was loaded to the brim. Really I think I got enough outfits to cloth Allie Grace in style for at least 6mthsJ I am truly blessed by my family and friends. I had a wonderful time at the shower catching up with all my friends and family.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR’S VISIT

Did you know that you can gain 12 pounds in 2 weeks? Well, you can because some how I managed to do it! I cried through my whole appointment because of massive depression. The doctor was completely freaked out by my emotion and keep saying it is ok! Ever few minutes he would add that my weight gain in the pregnancy has been slow and maybe this was just a little make up time. Joe was trying to be so sweet about the whole thing, but really I know what he had to be thinking. He did not marry this! Anyways, I think the only people that can truly understand how I felt are women who where big before they got pregnant. I told the doctor that it would not have usually affected me as much, but I worked so hard to lose weight. (p.s. it does not help when people tell you it is ok to be fat because you are pregnant)
