How do you really know?
OK… so when you are having a baby one of your many questions will be “How will I know I am in Labor?” Just about everyone you will meet including the doctor will say “You will just know!” See I know the pain will be a big indicator that I am in labor, but everyone told me that I would just know how to kiss and just know how to do a few other things. Maybe I am not all that smart, but they where all learning process to me! I wish there was a magic book that told me how to know I was in labor! Maybe my water will break because then there are only two options.
A. I wet my pants! Which I have not done since I was very little.
B. Go to the hospital crazy! This baby is ready to pop!
I am really not all that worried about this, but I felt the need to post today and did not have anything to say! Have a great day everyone! You could leave a message because I am really starting to wonder who is reading!

Hey Jodie! I'm wondering the same thing. haha I never had a pain with Callie, so I'm terrified I won't know the real thing with the twins...seeing as how there's a good chance I'll go into labor before he actually schedules a c-section. You'll have to let me know after you experience it...okay? Glad everything is going well. Can't wait to meet Allie Grace.
You are too cute! You will definately know after an hour or two that you are in labor. I believe knowing is part of the miracle. I was scared both times but I knew. With Jack I heard a loud pop and felt a wet bed. When I got up there was thick fluid dripping down my leg. About 30 minutes later my contractions started. With you Dad had left for work and I was sitting on the couch and contractions started about 11 pm I called Aunt Sandy to come stay with Jack around 1pm. My contractions started out like menstrual cramps at first but then progressed around to my back and were lasting 3 minutes and coming every 5-7 minutes. They started out irregular and then became more regular. It will be much like the false labor you have had. As I have always told you - your birth was a easy one and I really did not have any pain other than cramps. But your ORIGINAL ? You will just know - TRUST JESUS! You know babies have been born for a long long time and I have never heard of a baby exploding or the mother not knowing she was in labor.
Hi Jodie, I think of you all the time and read an update at least weekly. One of the girls that works for me is also due the last of May. She showed me all the stretch marks on her poor little (now it is a BIG) stomach. She is now out of work and waiting just like you. I did not have any pains, even after my water broke I did not have pains for at leave 5-6 hours. It will happen when she is ready to enter this world. I hope all goes smooth. Love you and can't wait to meet her, Aunt Sandy
