God loves you more then anyone else could!

WARNING- this is a long post! You do not have to read all of it! The main thing I want to say is in the paragraphs at the bottom of the post!!

A few reasons I love my husband:

• His giving and serving heart.
• His Honesty- even when I do not want to hear it
• He challenges me to be a better person and not become complacent with who I am.
• He seeks the Lord in everything he does and I mean everything.
• He loves people and they love him.
• He thinks I am beautiful! (Even in my grey pants that where 4 sizes too big)
• He makes me laugh.
• He makes me Cry.
• He loves to stare in my eyes after I cry!
• He wakes up every day and chooses to LOVE me!
• He wants to fix everything that hurts me or would hurt me.
• He makes me feel safe. He is even willing to get up at night when I am scared or do not feel safe.
• When I make dinner he always eats it no matter how bad it is.
• He does the dishes while I cook dinner. So that I will not feel I am the only one doing something.
• He waits to eat with me!
• He rubs my back and legs after a long day at work.
• He lets me drive everywhere!
• He allows me to be independent and make my own choices.
• He does not force me to be prefect or someone I am not.
• He lets me sleep late! [He knows I will be grumpy if he wakes me.]
• He loves me on days when I do not love myselfy.
• He pushes me to see the good in myself!
• He points out my weakness and does not stop there. He helps me to learn and grow form those weakness.
• He does not run when times get hard.
• He makes me think out of the box.
• He makes me sweet tea![even though he does not drink it or like it]
• I love how when he hears a finical speakers he immediately freaks outs and sends us to the poor house! Even though we are doing fine.
• I love how he acts like a two year old when he gets really excited.
• Since I have been pregnant I have to sleep on my side and I hate it. SO he sleeps on his side to hold my mountain of pillows in place.
• I love how he does not have to buy me stuff to show that he loves me.
• I love how he wakes me up by just holding me for a minute.
• I love how we can sit in the same room for hours and not say a word.
• He always goes to the chick flicks with me because I do not have friends in Hattiesburg.
• He truly is my best friend and the only person I trust with everything other then God.

I say all of these things to encourage my husband and also to challenge you to know that God loves you and all he does for you. Joe could never love me as much as God, but he strives to love me in the same way! Remember this week to trust in the Lord for all you do because man will fail you from time to time. The thing I love most about my husband is that he seeks God in everything he does. “Whether it is what time to get in the shower or which car to take to school.” He stops in moments that a lot of people do not even think about to ask God what he should do.

My Christian walk has been some what of a roller coaster ride, but today is going to be a new day! I want to be that person who stops and talks to God about everything! I want to be the person who spends time consumed in the Word everyday. I do not need someone to teach me how to do these things because God has already shown me how.
